A licensed Sales Associate since 2003, Patricia was part of a leading real estate office, Kinlin Grover Osterville, in Cape Cod. She specialized in the resort and second home market. She moved to Naples in 2004. Patricia earned a bachelors degree from Bentley University.

Prior to a career in real estate, Patterson was a customer service professional for over twenty years in the computer and networking business and was an employee of Digital Equipment Corporation and 3Com. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® as well as the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®.
