Premier Properties Announces Bonita Bay Associates - Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 11:09 Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, Inc., REALTORS announced that, Jim McCormick, Trudy Salyers, Ginger Wilkins-Lickley and Joanna Fish have joined the company as on-site sales associates and will be working out of Premier’s Bonita Bay Sales Center located at 26951 Country Club Drive located within the Bonita Bay community. Agents will administer new home sales for the Bonita Bay luxury high-rises Esperia South, which opened in October, Tavira, where construction recently began, and Esperia North, where pre-construction sales are underway. Prices for the high-rises range from $816,000 to nearly $3 million.

McCormick is a broker associate with over thirty years of experience in real estate including ten years of on-site luxury high-rise sales. He is a member of the Collier and Lee Building Associations, and the Naples Area Board of REALTORS. McCormick is a national sales and marketing council million-dollar circle award winner.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Salyers brings thirty-two years of experience in real estate and holds a broker’s license in both Florida and Ohio. She has held a broker’s license in Ohio since 1977, and a Florida broker’s license since 1998. Salyers attended Ohio State University studying pre-law real estate, and holds the Certified Residential Specialist, and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designations.

Wilkins-Lickley has been as a broker associate since 1990 and a licensed agent since 1980. A long time resident of Florida, Wilkins-Lickley real estate career includes fourteen years with on-site luxury high-rise sales, and general real estate sales in Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island. She is Dale Carnegie graduate.

Fish moved to Florida in 1997 from Boston, Massachusetts and has been active in real estate for six years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English and Drama from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island. Fish’s background includes general real estate sales and on-site luxury high-rise sales. She is a member of the founding club for Ava Maria University, the Women’s Collier County Tennis Club, and the Naples Area Board of REALTORS (NABOR).

Esperia South will include typical residence levels with five residences per floor and three penthouse levels with three residences per floor. The residences in Esperia South range from 2,020 to 3,430 air-conditioned square feet. Tavira will include 88 typical residences and two penthouse residences with residences ranging from 3,517 to 3,930 air-conditioned square feet. Esperia North will include 104 typical residences and 16 penthouse residences. The residences in Esperia North will range from 2,496 to 3,780 air-conditioned square feet.
