Martindale Joins Premier Properties

Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, Inc.®, REALTORS® announced that Jeanette “Jan” Martindale has joined the company as a sales associate and will be working in general real estate sales out of the company’s Broad Avenue office in Old Naples. Martindale began a career in real estate in 1992 in Michigan where she specialized in luxury residential waterfront properties, mixed residential and commercial land development.

“I am delighted to join Premier Properties as a sales associate,” said Martindale. “The company’s cutting-edge, in-house marketing and information technology divisions are second to none.”

Martindale earned numerous sales awards as a top performer in both the listing and sale of properties, which led to her induction into a Real Estate Hall of Fame. A successful and respected background in commercial real estate earned her an instructor position for a Commercial Real Estate State convention. She is a member of the Florida Real Estate Board and the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR).

Originally, from Harbor Springs, Michigan, Martindale is a licensed Michigan Realtor and maintains membership on the Michigan Real Estate Board. She resides in Aqualane Shores.
