On Saturday, September 18, 2010, a gala was held by the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) to award member builders, developers, architects, remodelers, interior design firms, landscape architects, trades and marketing, sales and/or advertising professionals who have demonstrated building, design and marketing excellence in the Collier County Area with the Sand Dollar Awards.

The Lutgert Companies received three for Mercato’s The Uptowner, Best Brochure; The Village on Venetian Bay, Best Commercial Remodel by Builder; and The Village on Venetian Bay Billboard, Best Special Event/Promotion.
