Dave Minton, Licensed Broker/Associate, Joins Premier
 Dave Minton, a Licensed Broker/Associate, has joined Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, Inc.®, REALTORS® Sarasota office. Minton has a strong background in marketing and sales and brings a portfolio of successful enterprises including building his own Real Estate business into a multimillion-dollar company with three locations. Minton holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Maryland. Minton’s numerous affiliations include membership in the Sarasota Association of Realtors, Lakewood Ranch Community fund, Bradenton Herald Advisory Board, Board member of the Manatee Home Builders Association, Chairman of the Sales and Marketing Council, and is also past President of Lakewood Ranch Rotary. Minton served in the United States Army and worked at the Pentagon. A resident of Sarasota for five years, Minton has also been active in civic associations: founding member of the Suncoast Wine Festival, the Manatee Chamber of Commerce, and Board member of the Manatee Community Blood Center.
